Meet the Team

Janet Rosenberg, Real Estate Broker/Co-Owner

Licensed since 1994, Janet has experience with all types of properties through her extensive property management and real estate sales career. She has owned 3 companies and brings a vast knowledge of business and property management, real estate purchase and sales, as well as accounting and marketing.

Jim Rosenberg, Locksmith Contractor/Co-Owner

Along with a 36 year Executive career in the Music industry, Jim also holds a C-28 Locksmith and Security Contractor license and runs a busy local Handyman business serving many of the property management companies in Santa Cruz County.
